Fantastic stay - wonderful staff and service. I recently stayed at this hotel with my sisters while visiting my lovely São Jose do Rio Preto and had an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The location is excellent. The breakfast is also amazing. Andrea, who looked after us during breakfast, was truly amazing. She greeted us every day with a warm smile and was always kind and attentive. We can not wait to come back!

The Staff where amazing. I lost my phone in a uber and they helped me get it back. The breakfast every morning was something out of this world. Amazing indeed 👏

Loved everything at this hotel. Great room, staff, breakfast and location. They just need to improve the parking system. Too complicated.

This is a central located property. The room is very spacious and comfy. The bathroom is equipped with two showers which I like very much.
